Frame Scaffolding System
The "H-Type Scaffold," also known as the "German Type Scaffold," is a scaffold system used on the facades of buildings. It provides a safe working environment, is easy and quick to assemble and disassemble, and offers many advantages due to its perfect compatibility with building facades.
Our products, which are 100% domestically produced in our factory located in Sakarya Arifiye, comply with the following standards:
- Compliance with Occupational Safety Regulations,
- TSE certification,
- Hot-dip galvanization.
They are produced in accordance with TS-EN 12810-12811 standards.
In the manufacturing of the materials you see above in the visual and part names:
- Automatic gas-shielded welding machines are used,
- TSE-certified and mechanically tested pipes and profiles are employed,
- Vertical posts are produced from Ø48-3 mm industrial pipes,
- Horizontal connections are made from Ø34*2.0 mm, cross connections from Ø42*2.5 mm pipes,
- Metal bearers and base plates are manufactured with a special form using a roll-form machine to ensure high strength.
Our products are coated with hot-dip galvanization in compliance with TSE 914-EN ISO 1461, adhering to European standards.
