Our products, which are 100% domestically produced in our factory located in Sakarya Arifiye, adhere to the following standards:

Compliance with Occupational Safety Regulations,
TSE certification,
Hot-dip galvanization.

They are produced in accordance with TS-EN 12810-12811 standards.

In the manufacturing of the materials you see above in the visual and part names:

Automatic gas-shielded welding machines are used,
TSE-certified and mechanically tested pipes and profiles are employed,
Vertical posts are produced from Ø48-3 mm industrial pipes,
Ringlocks, with a thickness of 10mm, are welded every 50 cm on the vertical posts,
Horizontal connections are made from Ø48-3 mm pipes, crosspieces with Ø48-2.5 mm dimensions, and welding is done at both ends, using cast parts known as "kurtağzı."
Metal bearers and base plates are manufactured by giving them a special form using a roll-form machine to ensure high strength.

Our products are coated with hot-dip galvanization in compliance with TSE 914-EN ISO 1461, adhering to European standards.
